Soot Residue from Fire

SERVPRO Southeast Portland responded to a call from a customer who managed an assisted living home that had sustained fire and soot residue damage to a bathroom. The customer was very concerned about the ugly problem would not be fixed and restored to its original condition, but the crew of SERVPRO of Southeast Portland thoroughly informed the customer on our restoration process and products we would be using. Soot staining removal can be a very tough job, but with the help of our great staff and products, we answered the call with flying colors and now have a customer for life!
