Water Damaged Wood Restored

A customer called SERVPRO Southeast Portland to inquire about restoring her hardwood floors that had incurred water damage several years ago and had lost their luster. Although the wood was salvaged from the water damage, it had noticeably lost it's 'life.' SERVPRO Southeast Portland used it's vast array of resources to bring the wood back to life. In a lot of cases involving wood, carpet, furniture, etc... the customer does not know that some things can be cleaned and / or restored to the point of looking brand new. We take time to inform customers of their options with all projects.
