Portland, OR Ice & Snow Storms

The Portland and surround areas succumbed to some major ice and snow storms this past winter. One home's roof completely collapsed on one side due to the sheer weight of snow and ice that had accumulated on the roof, causing flooding throughout the home. SERVPRO of Southeast Portland was called out to and successfully restored many damaged homes. This past winter's ice storms wreaked havoc in several parts of Oregon. Ice, snow, rain, wind - you name it - have the destructive ability to take down or cripple just about any structure or building. Just the weight of ice and snow can decimate a structure, landscape or even the earth itself. Throw in the other devastating elements and you could have a very big problem on your hands, very quickly. We always try to make it "Like it never even happened."
